Shannon was with us every step of the way. We were originally scheduled for an October 2020 cruise. She got everything lined up and we were ready to go. She let us know the different steps in case it was cancelled. It was cancelled. However Shannon lined us up on another cruise that is the same week as Spring break! We were so lucky because it was filling up quick. She was able to lock in rooms that only her agency had access to. She was fantastic!! Fingers crossed for a 2021 cruise date! We will be using Shannon for all of our travel needs for many many years to come!!
