I am extremely pleased with Shannon Bachman's support of my travel plans. She has planned 4 trips for me in the past 1.5 years. 1. Trip to Italy (excellent planning but delayed due to Covid-19). Still working with Shannon and her European contacts to implement such a trip in 2022. 2. Trip to Mount Rushmore, South Dakota in May 2021 was an outstanding experience. Hotel was outstanding! So memorable. 3. Trip to Creation Museum and the ARK experience in Kentucky in Sept 2021 was another wonderful trip planned by Shannon. 4. Royal Caribbean cruise trip planned for Sept of this year was postponed due to Covid-19 concerns on travel restrictions and hurricanes in the Atlantic. However, Shannon has shifted all our planning into Spring of 2022 at no cost impacts which is great. As you can see we have used Shannon extensively this year and last year and have been extremely pleased with her professionalism and care for her customers.
